Bathroom remodeling and flooring, done right.
Two specialties, one clear process — from free estimate to finished project.
What we actually do
Two things, done properly, by the same family company.
Kaja Construction has remodeled over 780 bathrooms across Wayne, Oakland and Washtenaw counties in the last fifteen years. We are not a general contractor who also does bathrooms — bathrooms and flooring are the work, which is why our crews see the same problems every week and know what is behind the tile before they open a wall.
Every job runs the same way: a free estimate in your home or at the Livonia showroom, a written price you approve before anything starts, finishes you choose with us, and one crew that stays on your job until it is finished. Most bathrooms take about two weeks.
