KERDI membrane
Bonded waterproofing membrane applied behind wall and floor tile — the core of the system.
Schluter®-Systems
Every Kaja bathroom is built on the Schluter® system — a bonded waterproofing assembly behind the tile, not just on the surface.

Why it matters
In a traditional bathroom, moisture works through grout into the wall and floor over the years — the hidden cause of mold, mildew and failed showers. The Schluter® system bonds a waterproof membrane directly behind every tile and connects walls, floor, drain and seals into one sealed assembly, so water goes down the drain and nowhere else.
Bonded waterproofing membrane applied behind wall and floor tile — the core of the system.
Waterproof building panels for walls, curbs, benches and custom shower features.
Protects tiled floors from cracking while adding waterproofing underfoot.
Integrated linear and point drains that connect directly to the membrane.
Prefabricated, ready-to-tile components with reliable slopes and clean lines.
Matched pipe seals, mixing-valve seals and pre-formed corners — no weak points.
We prepare the space, set the sloped tray and curb, apply the KERDI membrane over walls and floor with sealed seams and corners, connect the integrated drain, then flood-test before a single tile goes on. Only after the system is proven watertight do we tile and finish.
